5. 接送
主辦單位提供免費通勤服務，接送參加者往來愛民顿國際機場及PRC 大會場地。
6. 落磯山脈三日遊
於大會後，如閣下有興趣參加落磯山脈三日遊，團費另計。
7. 報名規則
請仔細檢查填寫的所有資料，確定後請郵寄給主辦單位。報名及繳費後，恕不退款，但可接受替代者出席。

2. Cost
Option #1: Single room with shared bathroom including accommodation, meals, transportation and conference cost: CAD$350 (USD$300).
Option #2: Double room with private bathroom (double occupancy) including accomodation, meals, transportation and conference cost: CAD$350 (USD$300).
Option #3: Commuter with meals including meals and conference cost: CAD$210 (USD$180).
Discount price if paid before April 1st:

2. Payment

3. Medical Insurance
All delegates are responsible for their own travel/medical insurance.
4. Personal Needs
Please bring your own thermos cup, medications and belonging as needed.
5. Transportation
Free transportation will be provided to delegates between Edmonton International Airport and the Providence Renewal Centre
6. Rocky Mountain Excursion
If you are interested in joining a three-day Rocky Mountain tour after the Convention, tour fee required.
7. Registration Policy
Please review all information above before mail out. Once Registration Form and Fee are received for the convention, no refund is allowed. However, you may arrange replacement.
